 Ans: There are three forms of communication in business:
 1. Internal operational communication: All the communication that occurs in conductive work within a business is classified as internal operational communication.
 In other words, the flow of information between the members of business is known as internal operational communication. Participants of internal operational communication are workers, managers, trade union, board of directors etc. This communication is done to perform the functions of a business. Internal operational communication takes many forms, such as orders, instructions, reports, email message etc.
 2. External operational communication: Communication that occurred with the people outside the business is known as external operational communication.
 External operational communication takes place when the business exchanges information with customers, suppliers, service companies, investors, government local community and general public.
 It also happen radio and television messages, newspapers and magazine advertising, website advertising. It improves public relations.
 3. Personal communication: Personal communication is the exchange of information and feelings in which human being exchange whenever they come together.
 Personal communication affects employee attitudes and attitudes affect employee performance.
 Factors that influence in business communication:
 o Functional relation
 o Group
 o Educational qualification
 o Past experience
 o Degree of emotion
 o Media of communication
 o Mental communication

 Ans: The process of human communication is known as intra communication. The following review describes how human communication can do.
 Process of human communication:
 1. This area represents our communication environment. It is all the sign that exists in the real world surrounding us.
 2. Our sensory receptors picked up some of the sign and symbols. By sensory receptors means sight, hearing, smell, taste, touch etc.
 3. Those sign that are picked up go through our nervous system and into our mental filter.
 4. Our mental filters give the signs meaning. The meanings received add to the filters content.
 5. Sometimes the meanings we formed triggered communicate response.
 6. We formed these responses through our mental filters.
 7. We send our responses as word symbols and nonverbal symbols.
 8. This symbols become part of others communication environment. Here they may be picked up by others sensory receptors and another cycle begins.
 These are the major steps used in the intra communication or human communication process.
